Offering strategic solutions that maximize efficiencies during your recruiting process.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a cost-effective recruiting strategy that allows organizations to attract and retain top talent. HealthCare Talent offers clients a full menu of recruitment tools, including project-specific hiring solutions, client-branded media strategies, a dedicated staff, and full or partial human resources management.
At HealthCare Talent, RPO is one of our core competencies.
We understand that each client has unique needs, so we offer four levels of RPO services to choose from:
Level 1: Sourcing Only – base-level service to assist with sourcing candidates and compiling resumes.
Level 2: Project – sourcing and screening of candidates from a local level to a nationwide search.
Level 3: Hybrid – providing ultimate flexibility with talent management services for temporary and contracting services.
Level 4: Comprehensive – full outsourcing of the talent acquisition process with Workforce Solutions Group management from Candidate Sourcing to On-Boarding.
Beyond just staffing and search, our RPO services may include: sourcing and screening, testing, interviewing, background checks, drug testing, hiring, coordinating offer letters, on-boarding, maintaining applicant tracking logs, requisitions and files, and training.
Programs start as small as 10 positions, up to 1000+ hires. Ask about our Pilot Programs.

One of the biggest challenges facing human resources departments and management teams is hiring the right talent. And we all know that hiring mistakes are incredibly costly.
At HealthCare Talent, direct hire is our specialty.
While most HR teams are focused on employee relations rather than intensive nationwide searches for talent, the staff at HealthCare Talent recognizes that the ideal full-time talent is critical for your success. That’s why we focus our efforts on identifying the right managers to lead your teams and expertly managing the entire direct hire process.
Regardless of whether you’re in need of a contingency or retained search, we will find the best cultural and professional match for each of your recruiting needs. HealthCare Talent finds highly seasoned clinical staff and allied health professionals who are ready to join your full-time staff. We combine the personal touch of experienced and networked healthcare recruiters with our nationwide database and proprietary staffing technologies to find best-in-class talent for clients just like you.

Home Care Services
HealthCare Talent is one of Southern California’s largest third party providers of non-medical, in-home care workers for the elderly. We recruit, hire, and manage skilled home care workers for placement in the homes of our clients’ patients.
HealthCare Talent is responsible for:
- Recruiting: HealthCare Talent provides our clients with qualified, well-trained, and experienced in-home care workers (caregivers)
- Compliance oversight: All caregiver files are compliant per Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations
- Care plan review: On-going review of care plans with case management and social workers
- Superior customer service: Assess and respond to all client inquiries, fill all requests for service and build and maintain strong client relationships
- Quality: Improve home health care quality and patient safety through interaction with families and participants to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Training: On-going education to our caregivers on various subjects including, but not limited to: Infection Control, Alzheimer’s/Dementia, Fall Prevention, In-home safety and Managing Caregiver Stress

Our caregivers come from diverse backgrounds. Many are fluent in various languages.
Some of those languages are:
HealthCare Talent has developed an all-inclusive national managed service program to support healthcare organizations that have received Medicaid funding for PACE programs in their geographic area. The Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) creatively coordinates the care of each participant enrolled in the program based on his or her individual needs with the goal of enabling older individuals to remain living in their community instead of going to a skilled nursing home or other long term care facility.
To qualify to enroll in PACE the participant must be:
- 55 years of age or older;
- Meets the requirement for skilled nursing home care as determined by the PACE organization’s interdisciplinary team assessment and certified by the California Department of Healthcare Services
- Can live in the community without jeopardizing his or her health or safety.
With PACE, the focus is on the quality of patient care —we have a team of health care professionals working to ensure our participants receive the coordinated care they need.
Our In-Home Care Program is managed by our Health Talent 2 brand.
Per Diem & Registry Staffing
Staffing shortfalls are an unnecessary distraction from patient care. When the census is up and staff availability is down, HealthCare Talent provides top nursing and allied healthcare professionals on a per diem basis.
At HealthCare Talent, we provide cost-effective per diem and registry staffing strategies.
Most HR departments already know that per diem staffing can drain your current resources. At HealthCare Talent, we offer a pool of qualified, credentialed healthcare practitioners who are ready for immediate start dates. We have an advantage over our competitors because of our “One Placement – One Scholarship” program. This recruitment tool can save you thousands of dollars every year by tapping into our existing pool of qualified per diem and registry employees.
Allied Travel Staffing
Travel Staffing can be one of the more challenging aspects in medical staffing. Healthcare Talent places allied and clinical professionals at facilities across the U.S., providing you with peace of mind while you remain focused on your local organization’s needs.
At HealthCare Talent, our staff provides the most reliable temporary staffing solutions for short-term, long-term, and seasonal positions.
Our team leverages a network of healthcare professionals who value travel as a part of their career. We learn their needs, interests, and specialties, so we can match them with your specific opportunities.
Benefits of Utilizing Healthcare Talent for your Travel Staffing:
Gain access to allied and clinical professionals outside of your geographic location
Remain optimally staffed, avoiding shortages and over-staffing
Reduce recruiting costs by utilizing our talent pool
Maintain high-quality patient satisfaction
Eliminate distraction from your priority recruitment and business objectives
